Graceful and refined, the Monte do Serrinho country house, in São Bartolomeu de Messines, is a breathtaking backdrop for any celebration. Combining the romance and character of a traditional Algarve Quinta with modern comforts and exquisite personalised décors, it offers couples the opportunity to uniquely celebrate their love in style and privacy, any season of the year.
From its candlelit courtyard and magical manicured gardens, to the unique Piano Room and al-fresco Pool Patio, this historic manor of traditional Algarve architecture is replete with original features and charm. Born from two couples’ life-long dream of creating the ultimate Algarve wedding venue, Monte do Serrinho really is where dreams become reality.
The Garden
Peppered with typical Algarve olive and carob trees and fragrant flowers, the dappled Mediterranean garden beckons to be explored. Barefoot.
Eira
Once used to dry figs and almonds, the Eira, or threshing floor, is an original farm feature and a perfect spot for the wedding ceremony. Or an impromptu dance floor.
Patio
Make the most of the Algarve's balmy evenings with a party on the patio. Sway the night away as fairy-lights twinkle in the trees.
Pool
Enjoy some laid-back fun time with cocktails and canapés or a barbeque around the pool. Fancy a dip? We’ll get the towels.
Piano Room
Relax in one of Monte do Serrinho's most unique spaces, the elegant Piano Room; a fabulous spot to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or post-dinner sing-along.
